The CWWK F15 is an 8-port 2.5GbE firewall mini PC based on Intel 11th Gen Tiger Lake processors. It combines four onboard Intel i226-V 2.5GbE ports with four additional Intel i226-V ports through PCIe expansion, together with dual DDR4 memory slots, PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe storage and dual SATA 3.0 connectivity.

The F15 shares its motherboard platform with the CWWK S5. The board provides four onboard Intel i226-V 2.5GbE ports, two DDR4 SO-DIMM slots, one M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe slot, two native SATA 3.0 interfaces and a PCIe expansion slot for additional network hardware.

The F15 motherboard uses a physical PCIe x8 expansion slot with a PCIe 3.0 x4 electrical connection. This interface connects the additional four-port Intel i226-V 2.5GbE expansion card.

The PCIe connector is physically x8, while the available electrical connection operates at PCIe 3.0 x4.

The F15 expands the motherboard's four native Intel i226-V 2.5GbE ports with four additional Intel i226-V interfaces through the PCIe expansion card, providing eight physical 2.5GbE RJ45 ports in total.

Dual Heatpipe and Turbo Fan Active CPU Cooling

The F15 uses a dual-heatpipe CPU cooling structure with a turbo fan for active processor cooling. This thermal design is intended for the higher-performance 11th Gen Tiger Lake processor platform.

The large chassis also supports an optional 12V 4-pin 80 × 80 × 10 mm 8010 fan when additional internal airflow is required.

The F15 uses CWWK's large aluminum chassis to accommodate the Tiger Lake motherboard, four-port PCIe network expansion card, dual-heatpipe CPU cooling system, storage hardware and front and rear I/O assemblies.

The chassis does not use external cooling fins and does not support VESA mounting.

PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe and Dual SATA 3.0 Storage

The F15 provides one M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe slot together with two native SATA 3.0 interfaces. Both SATA ports can be used simultaneously, providing flexible storage for system drives, virtual machines, logs and local network services.
