The CWWK C12 is an Industrial Box PC designed for industrial control, automation, edge computing and serial communication applications. It combines Intel 12th Gen Core processors, dual Gigabit LAN, two DB9 serial ports with RS232/RS485 support, DDR4 memory, M.2 PCIe/SATA storage and an all-aluminum chassis with active cooling.

Dual Gigabit LAN for Industrial Network Connectivity
CW-C12 integrates two Realtek RTL8111H Gigabit Ethernet interfaces for industrial networks, local device communication, management networks and edge gateway deployments.
Dual DB9 RS232 and RS485 Serial Ports
CW-C12 provides two physical DB9 serial ports. Both ports operate as RS232 by default and can be switched to RS485 through the corresponding motherboard jumper configuration.
The dual-COM configuration makes CW-C12 suitable for PLCs, controllers, meters, barcode scanners, industrial instruments and other serial devices without requiring an external USB-to-serial adapter.
CW-C12 vs CW-C13: Which COM Configuration Do You Need?
CW-C12 and CW-C13 use the same NUC12D motherboard platform and share the same processor options, dual Gigabit LAN, memory and storage architecture. The main difference is the number and configuration of external serial ports.
CW-C12
Dual Gigabit LAN + 2 × DB9 COM. COM1 and COM2 operate as RS232 by default and can both be switched to RS485. CW-C12 is suited to projects that require one or two direct serial device connections.
CW-C13
Dual Gigabit LAN + 4 × DB9 COM. COM1 and COM2 support RS232 with RS485 switching, while COM3 and COM4 support RS232. Choose CW-C13 when more simultaneous serial device connections are required.
DDR4 Memory and M.2 PCIe/SATA Storage
The NUC12D platform combines DDR4 memory with flexible M.2 and SATA storage options for compact industrial deployments.
Mini-PCIe Expansion for WiFi and 4G

Copper Heat Conduction with Active Fan Cooling
CW-C12 combines copper heat conduction, cooling fins, a built-in fan and a full aluminum enclosure to manage heat during continuous industrial operation.
The copper thermal component transfers processor heat into the cooling structure, while the built-in fan improves internal airflow. Aluminum cooling fins and the full aluminum chassis provide additional heat-dissipation surface area during sustained workloads.
