Intel Q670 with 12th–14th Gen LGA1700 Support
M67 supports Intel 12th, 13th and 14th Gen LGA1700 desktop processors. 65W-class processors are recommended for standard configurations, while T-series processors are better suited to lower-power, long-term NAS operation.

M67 increases SATA and NVMe storage capacity, while M66 provides

and one PCIe 3.0 x4 interface. The front slot supports
2280 and 22110 SSDs, while the two rear slots support 2280 SSDs.
