Three Network Configurations
CW-U2 starts with four onboard Intel i226-V 2.5GbE interfaces. The PCIe expansion slot can then be paired with different network daughterboards to create an eight-port 2.5GbE configuration or add dual 10GbE SFP+ connectivity.

DDR5 Memory for Compact Network Computing
CW-U2 uses a DDR5 SO-DIMM memory architecture. Current online configurations are available with 8GB or 16GB RAM, while barebone configurations are available for customers preparing their own memory and storage.
Flexible CF, mSATA & SATA Storage
The motherboard provides CF, mSATA and SATA 3.0 storage connectivity. These three storage interfaces use a shared configuration and operate on a one-out-of-three basis.

Power Supply Options by Network Configuration
The 4× 2.5GbE and 8× 2.5GbE versions each include one power supply as standard. The 4× 2.5GbE + 2× 10GbE SFP+ version includes two power supplies as standard; no additional power supply purchase is required for this version.
Want Dual Power Supplies for a 4-Port or 8-Port Version?
The 4× 2.5GbE and 8× 2.5GbE versions ship with a single power supply. To configure either of these versions with dual power supplies, purchase one additional compatible 1U power supply separately. The 4× 2.5GbE + 2× 10GbE SFP+ version already includes two power supplies.

CW-U2 2U Custom Configuration
The CW-U2 sold through the online store is the standard 1U version. For projects requiring a larger chassis, additional internal space or enhanced cooling, a 2U version can be supplied through pre-sales customization and bulk purchasing.

N100, N150 and N200 are 4-core, 4-thread options focused on efficient network workloads. Core i3-N300 and Core i3-N305 provide 8 cores and 8 threads for workloads that require more processing headroom.
How many network ports can CW-U2 support?
The motherboard provides four native Intel i226-V 2.5GbE ports. Current configurations can expand this to eight 2.5GbE ports or combine the four native 2.5GbE ports with two 10GbE SFP+ ports.
